Lewis R.
Firestone Jr. was born on Nov. 1, 1875 in Fayette County, PA, the son of Lewis
and Sarah Ann (Rose) Firestone.
The mists of history have shrouded his life, other than our knowledge of his untimely death.
At age 31, on Dec. 3, 1906, Lewis passed away, of causes unknown. He was laid to rest in the Firestone family plot at Rich Hill Cemetery near Connellsville, Fayette County.
A tall gravestone marks his final resting place, sadly, along with three other siblings who died young.
