Alzona Austin Van Horn was born on Nov. 25, 1858 near Grand Rapids, Wood County, OH, the son of Eli and Mary Ann (Kimberlin) Van Horn.
Alzona's name often is misspelled 'Alonzo,' a more common name, in old papers and records.
The fate of Alzona is unknown, but as research uncovers more tidbits of his life, the findings will be published here.
