The reunion was organized by Dorothy H. Laughery, wife of Willis Laughery.  Cards were sent out reading:

The descendants of David L. and Martha J. Harbaugh will have a reunion on August 29, 1965 with a picnic lunch at 1:30 o’clock and the business meeting at 2:30 o’clock, at the home of Willis and Dorothy, near Greenwood.  There will be games and prizes for winners.  Coffee and ice tea will be furnished.  Please attend.

Business meeting was called to order after the picnic lunch by Dorothy Laughery. Ira Laughery made motion to continue the yearly picnic and meeting. Leona Wilkerson seconded the motion and it was voted in favor to be continued by all the guests attending. Weather; very windy and cold. It was decided to hold the reunion each year: Third Sunday of August at the Home Place (Willis Laughery). Rain place- Farmington Fire House. Dues- one dollar per family each year.

Officer elected were as follows:

• Vice President - Leona Wilkerson
• Secretary - Loretta Downes
• Treasurer - Arthur Laughery
• Games - Harry Winand

Door prizes:

• Oldest married couple - Leona and Bill Wilkerson - 46 years

• Newest married couple - Iris and Bill Woehlke
  Each couple received a red rose corsage.
• First guest to arrive - Jack and Ruth Wilkerson
• Oldest Member present - William Wilkerson - 76 years
• Youngest Member present - Charles Ream - 10 months
• Largest family present - Leona and William Wilkerson - 10
• Door prize - Ruth Ann Wilkerson

Horseshoe game among the men won by - Arthur Laughery and Jack Wilkerson.  Other games and treasure hunts were played, conducted by Harry Winand.
