Ben's parents are seated at left -- Moses and Sarah Ann (Nicola) Romesburg. The children are, back row, left to right: Etta Wilson-Hayes, Dennis Romesburg, Harry Romesburg. Children in the front row, left to right: Lillie Deal and Zelma Shoaf. Child on Hattie's lap: Miles Romesburg. Tragically, father Ben would go on to meet an untimely and violent death during construction of a coal company store in Ursina, PA in 1901.
