Taking a break at a 2009 national conference of entertainment executives, Douglas Edwin Minerd enjoys a relaxing 30-minute swim with bottlenose dolphins at SeaWorld's Discovery Cove in Florida. At the time this image was made, he was Vice President of Entertainment at SeaWorld San Antonio.
During a typical dolphin interaction at Discovery Cove, guests learn about dolphin behavior and communication through hugs, kisses and rubdowns. After the experience, guests can view photographs and video of their interactions and talk about their experience with trainers and other participants.
