This was stitched by Nora (Victor) McKnight of Fairchance, PA. It is considered a "Dresden Plate" design.
The quilt was found in Nora's cedar chest along with others she owned at the time of her death in 1961. Her granddaughter Beth Lynne Radcliffe preserved the item, and today it is in the possession of a descendant in Arizona.
