George "Albert" White was born in August 1885 in or near Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA, the son of George H. and Helen "Ella" (Daugherty) White. 

He last was known to be living with his parents and four siblings in Pittsburgh in 1900, when the federal census was taken.
