Johann 'Heinrich' Meinert |
Johann Heinrich Meinert is the least known son of our German immigrant ancestors, Friedrich and Eva Maria (Weber) Meinert Sr.
His name appears on only one official document, the 1764 baptisms list of Pastor Schertlin of the Zion Lutheran Church in Alburtis, PA.
Heinrich was listed as the father of a son Henrich (sic) Meinert, born June 3, 1764. The mother's name is not given, which hints that she may have died in childbirth. The sponsors were Heinrich's brother in-law and sister, Johannes and Catherine (Meinert) Eigner.
Nothing more of his life is known.
